Our helpline hours are changing

For those who don't know: The Mix has a helpline you can contact via phone, webchat, and email. They listen to whatever's on your mind and then work with you to find the support you need.

From today, the helpline opening hours will be changing from 4pm - 11pm to 3pm - midnight every day.

Call for free on 08088084994, get in touch via webchat, or send over an email (at 3pm ;) ).
All behaviour is a need trying to be met.

    This is great, I’ve found that a lot of services close at 10pm or 11 so it’s great to still be able to get support until midnight :)
