I hate this
I hate myself everyday I binge eat I used to be so good at eating normally but know its just a cycle of binging and then not eating but most days it’s binging and I’m just a fat mess, I drink too much I literally drank today it’s fkn Monday, I give up im a mess my life’s a mess

Feelings of hatred about ourselves are definitely not easy to be dealing with, and can be tough to manage but you are strong and brave for reaching out here.
You mentioned that you binge eat, and sometimes you don't eat which seems like a difficult cycle to be in. It can be helpful too look at what triggers behaviours, how would you feel about talking more about the types of feelings you may have before you binge eat? e.g whats going through your mind, how do you feel about yourself at that time etc.
Have you heard of the charity BEAT? It specialises in eating disorders and other food issues, you can chat 1-2-1 with someone and join discussions boards similar to the ones at The Mix, the link to the website is here if you fancy taking a glance at it.
You said that you drank too much, is this something you do often?
