That's me home again! Still raining, I'm not walking in that so I think I'm in for the rest of the day unless it miraculously stops.

@Redemption I saw your question on the other thread but it closed, my family dont mind me having the telly on for sleep, in fact they don't hear it bc I put it on quiet. But even so the only thing they would say would be keep it on quiet and otherwise they don't care. They did when I was younger but not now.

@eylah I hope you fix the hob. Ours did that once and it was an electrical problem, minor but it was something to do with the wiring of it.

Basically fry off the sausage first so it’s browned, at the same time fry some onions, peppers, carrots, mushrooms, etc (whatever you want veg wise). Then put in a big dish with stock, herbs etc. Chuck in oven for 45 minutes (can be longer if you want). Then thicken on the hob (mum’s in charge of that bit so idk what she does lol). It’s so nice. We do mashed potatoes with ours.

speaking of food idk if anyone else does this but i mostly eat frozen food now (of course i heat it up). the only actual food i eat is a sunday roast. but frozen food is so underrated.

I went through a frozen food phase a few years ago but now I’m sick fed up of most of it. Especially frozen chicken nuggets! I’ll eat them if I’m really tired or ill or something but I genuinely would rather spend a bit more time on something better if none of these apply lol.

fair enough. in terms of frozen fast food i dont like it as well. i prefer better frozen food meals like lasagna, pasta bake and chicken curry. just having that variety really helps.

@independent_ that's cool then, I probably couldn't coz it might cost more on the electric bill.

an air fryer can be just as useful as a hob so its good that youre putting it to good use.

lidl always has the best deals. 24 quid is not bad for an air fryer.

cheaper then my other one that cost me £44 lol so it was a cheap one

We love the airfryer too tho ours is one of the massive double zone ones. Airfryer chips are the best. You can do sausages in them aswell

I’ve got 16 sausages to play with tonight, gonna have to cook all 16 because there’s 4 of us having it and 8 just isnt enough for 4. It would have done for 3 but not 4. Means there will be a few left over for tomorrow too which works for me!
