There's an exciting opportunity to recieve free peer support training as part of a research project, being carried out in partnership with Oxford University, Imperial College London, and some other cool groups.
The training is 4 hours per day, for 1 week, and it's open to all 16-18 year olds in the UK. Might go without saying but this is all being done remotely so you can take part from your own home - no need to travel.
This could be a really nice opportunity for those of you who are looking to get a job supporting others. It can be added to your CV, and will give you a leg up when applying for either paid or voluntary work. It might also be useful for those of you who want to skill up when supporting other community members or people in your personal life, particualrly with the COVID crisis happening as well.
Places are limited, so sign up quickly if you're interested http://oxneurosec.com/peersupport
