Are we supposed to shave towards the grain of hair or against it?

    I have no idea what razor burn is but it surely sounds painful. Shave away from the grain! It is more work but sounds less painful.

    Shave the direction of the hair @Salix_alba_2019 otherwise you can end up with ingrown hairs and it can become itchy!

    I usually shave with the grain of hair and then go against for those that didn't go the first time
