Words can traumatise and hurt.
They slice into you like a knife.
And screw into you like screws inside wood.
Actions are not the only cause of pain and hurt.
Pain is mental as well as physical.
Bullying causes so much pain.
It feels like permanent torture for the victim.
And fun for the bullies.
But bullying is no fun.
It is not a joke.
Bullying is a serious issue.
And it must stop.
And it must stop now.
Coronavirus is scary enough.
Suicide and anxiety is even scarier.
Mental health is a very real thing.
And very important.
You are relevant.
You are beautiful.
You are inspirational.
You are kind.
You are amazing.
You matter.
Bullying is not a joke.
Bullying is a serious issue.
Please do not be the cause of a death.
Broken-hearted.
Anxious.
Sad.
Depressed.
Suicidal.
Worthless.
Alone.
This is how bullying makes victims feel.
Stronger.
Happy.
Proud.
Amused.
This is how bullying makes bullies feel.
Bullies should be ashamed of themselves.
Take a look at yourself.
A very good look.
What do you see?
Do you see someone with a bright future?
Or nothing?
Your future is bright.
The future is yours.
Take it.
And make the most of it.
You only get the opportunity once.
You are not a cat.
You do not have nine lives.
You have one.
