TW- Suicidal thoughts

So it's no secret that I've suffered from suicidal thoughts, theese have happend most of my life, and yes at times I've given in to them and tried to take my own life (many many times) and to be fair I thought I'd been to rock bottom, but right now, I'm the worst I've been. Its It's taking every inch of my energy just to not give in to the thoughts, and the voices. Even my psychiatric specialists don't know how to help me, I'm beyond being helped. Nothing helps me. I'm honestly close to giving in to it. I don't know where else I can go for support I just want everything to stop

Just a reminder if you feel you are in any danger you can reach out to the Samaritans on 116 123 and The Mix also has a range of services if you want to reach out and speak to the team
You mentioned that currently you feel at the worst you have been, which I imagine must be quite difficult to be going through. I just wanted to say that the fact that you are fighting so hard to not give into the thoughts and voices shows how much strength you have.

I'm sorry you feel like you are beyond help, but there's always hope out there!. It can be tough when it feels like nothing is helping and sometimes it takes a bit of time to find out what does and doesn't work for us.
At times it can be helpful to just "be", taking one day at a time and not putting any extra pressure on yourself. Have you got any techniques and strategies to help you to keep the thoughts at bay?
We are here for you, keep us updated!
