    Hey @ellie2000

Sounds like you might be going through a tough time at the moment - do you want to chat some more about how you're feeling?

I think what always helps me is to communicate how I feel with people - it helps to know that I'm not on my own.

If you're having really really bad days, The Samaritans have a free helpline if you call 116 123 and we also have a 24/7 Crisis Messenger if you text THEMIX to 85258.

Lots of shops do online delivery for fruit and veg if you're finding leaving the house really hard at the moment.

Sending you big hugs - we're all here for you <3

Because I looked at porn tht someone introduced me to tht same yr which got me in trouble, the person who did it was soppose to be in the care industry. He did a runner. I h8 police they didn't tell me tht I wasn't important to them anymore, so i feel stuck in tht 3yrs

    - by look after yourself, I think people mean to  care about yourself and to make sure you are doing things that keep you healthy and happy.
    - without leaving the house, the best place to buy fruit and veg is supermarkets that do online deliveries but also if you have a local farm they sometimes will do fruit boxes! You could google that?
    - on really bad days, the way I cope is to think about the ‘look after yourself’ advice. Go and do things that make me happy. Have a bath or go for a walk.
    - This one is a bit less simple but if you try and think about things you are grateful for (maybe family or where you live or if you are warm?) it makes it a bit easier.

let us know how you’re getting on. Hugs 💜

Hey @ellie2000 I won't try and pretend I can answer all of your questions. But I heard a good answer to your first question from a Tibetan monk on YouTube recently.

Sometimes it can feel like we don't like ourselves, and maybe even sometimes it feels like we hate ourselves. But if we really did feel that way about ourselves then we wouldn't try and ask for solutions or support, which is what this post is doing. So to answer your first question, I think when people say to 'look after yourself" they mean for you to continue on looking for answers :)

If you want to explore the monk's teachings his name is Mingyur Rinpoche 🙏
