March self care 🌿
Happy march guy! Can't believe how quickly we have rolled into the third month of 2020! Hope everyone is doing well. Here is this month's self care calender!
Can't wait to see you get involved!
Day 1 : Curl up with a thick blanket, a mug of tea, and a good book.
Day 2 : Say affirmations out loud. Whatever negative thoughts are floating around in your mind, reverse them by creating an alternate positive thought.
Day 3 : Take 5 minutes to sit and look out a window.
Day 4 : Make a list of all the tasks you’ve been avoiding. Do at least one today
Day 5 : Decide to binge watch a show you’ve been wanting to see
Day 6 : take a extra long bath / shower
Day 7 : journaling- topic: what is something you need to say yes to
Day 8 : listen to some happy music and have a good dance.
Day 9 : get outside, take a walk, take some pictures, breathe in the fresh air.
Day 10 : have a cookie..or 3 because why the fuck not.
Day 11 : take a social media break
Day 12 : clear out your closet, make room for something new!
Day 13 : have a lie in, or a nap, or both!
Day 14 : journalling - topic: what are some of your favourite memories of 2020 so far?
Day 15 : go on a day trip by yourself
Day 16 : write 5 things you are greatful for
Day 17 : enjoy a nice meal with a friend
Day 18 : take some time out to do some yoga, hit the gym.
Day 19 : listen to an old playlist
Day 20: journalling- topic: what is one thing that makes you smile?
Day 21: pamper day! Get out a face mask, paint your nails etc
Day 22 : have a PJ day
Day 23 : do something nice for a friend, they deserve the love too
Day 24 : find a quiet place to sit outside and reflect
Day 25 : set an intention for your day
Day 26 : draw whatever comes to mind today
Day 27 : buy something new!
Day 28 : journaling- topic: I feel amazing when....
Day 29 : bake something new
Day 30 : be creative in a way that's meaningful to you.
