    I personally am at peace with whoever did me wrong because I don't want carry the hurt around with me. I don't wish anyone harm because I believe the universe will teach them a few things. Having that mindset is definitely one that's allowed to be more present and certainly more after my dad passed away.

    If I'm fustraed at something or ruminating about things that have happed, I always try process it by just talking to people and then it floats away. But with more complex issues I realised that if I did not change my approach to the situation, I would forever be in a loop of ovethinking
