A child born in a broken family
Is a child no more,
But a solider who only knows how to survive the war
A child who witnesses beatings,
Sees them for life,
Watching the repeats alone in the night,
A child who doesn’t know how to love,
Falls to the pain of being misunderstood,
A child who grows up alone at home
Struggles to find their place in the world.
