Euphoria

I've had a super busy few weeks along with disrupted sleep and the weird thing is, I've felt periods of euphoria during this. Usually when my sleep gets disrupted, I get a  bit wobbly mood wise but not this time.

I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this kind of high and how does it affect you?

I'd have to say yes, though it's a strange one to properly understand. I've felt it in the sense of feeling really good for no real reason, and that usually results in me being fully invested in whatever I'm doing, however small. Usually that's just listening to music or playing a game, at times even doing work, all without the usually grinding of erratic thoughts or fading attention.

It doesn't really affect much beyond that, other than that it's kind of sad that it's an infrequent and fleeting feeling.
