is it normal to fell happy some days and then fill like if the only thing you want to do is die?
at this point i'm confused ... my worst time in depression was 4 years ago ( is not diagnosed) ...but at this point of my life is not like before, so i wonder if i still have it and i'm just hiding it before i accepted it 4 years ago or if i'm actually getting better

    Hi moon_night
I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling so confused but you are not alone in constantly feeling up and down so much.

You mentioned that this time was not like it was four years ago, when your depression was at it's worst. Would you like to talk any more about how it is different from now?

    We're all here for you.

Welcome :) I don't have a lot to add, but it's understandable you're confused and the parts where you feel like you just want to die must be horrible. I think regardless of if you still have it or you're getting better, you deserve help to ease those low days and to be your healthiest - do you think seeing a doctor would help or have you got any other ideas?

We're here if you want to talk about things any more. Sending hugs <3

Welcome! Wanting to die is an awful feeling no matter what the diagnosis and deservse support. Well done for reaching out on here. I hope it helps you to reach out else where if felt comfortable.
“And when they look at you, they won't see everything you've been through. They won't see the **** that turned to scars that began to fade with time. They won't see the heartbreaking things that shook up and changed your entire world. They won't know how many tears you cried or even what it was you were crying about. They won't see how strong you had to be because you had no other choice. What they will see though is how compassionate you are because you experienced pain. What they will see is how kind you are because you experienced how cruel the world is. What they will see is how good you are because you've seen how bad things or people can be. The difference between you and your experiences are who you choose to be, despite everything that could have turned you cold and unkind. You are the good the world needs and the best of us.” ~ Kirsten Corley

    Welcome!

It sounds like you are coping with some difficult and confusing feelings at the moment, so well done for reaching out. You absolutely did the right thing by sharing it here

When it comes to feelings like these, often the very best things we can do is to talk about it with others. I am just wondering how you would feel about visiting the GP to talk about your mental health, or talking to somebody you trust? Talking about our feelings isn't always easy, so if it's okay if you are not feeling ready for this just yet. We can help you with that

    Take good care x
