    Have you tried keeping track of them in a diary? So when you're having suicidal thoughts, you can write down when you got them, anything that might have triggered them, and stuff like that. That can help some people to understand it a bit better :smile:

    Another thing you could try is to ask yourself questions like, how am I feeling, why am I having these thoughts. Maybe you'll find a feeling of sadness, and you'll explore that more, which leads into you finding that you have the suicidal thoughts when you get really sad because the sadness makes you want to sleep forever.

    Suicidal thoughts can be horrible, I hope you're okay :heart:

    Suicidal thoughts are not nice to have at all, and I can understand how difficult it must be for you at the moment  <3

    I think @Kathryn idea of writing in a diary is something to consider as it can be useful for you to let them down and maybe make sense of them a little bit. 

    Has anything happened to trigger these thoughts today?
