i think it would mean cant use- sorry. Im not sure but i think they allowed a few years older than 25 but i think after few years they dont fund for over that.
But there are lots of other online support that maybe able to better fit for your age. Like Elefriends https://www.elefriends.org.uk/ - is place for over 18's funded by Mind. And sane forum. http://www.sane.org.uk/what_we_do/support/supportforum
And depending on your challenges there are probably a lot more specific online forums for all sorts & probably more
