The Bank of Bad Days
Just started reading an amazing book called Reasons to Stay Alive by Matt Haig (look at his twitter feed if you haven't heard of him, he's a mental health advocate and generally lovely guy) https://twitter.com/matthaig1
Wanted to share a page that really resonated with me and I think it might with some of you guys. Would really recommend the book too for anyone struggling/has struggled or supporting somebody that is.
