    Hey lymo <3

I can imagine it would suck to have that pain :-( I've never gone to chiro, but that sounds like a good idea, and I hope it helps if you do go <3

That does sound expensive, and I definitely understand that concern. I'd suggest you could maybe ask your GP if it would be possible to get it on the NHS? - may be worth trying, despite them saying nothing's wrong.

Hi @lymo227 I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with so much pain it sounds like it's been really affecting you. You mentioned that you've talked to your GP about it, have they sent you to receive an x-ray? That's usually the best way to figure out if there's something seriously wrong.

As far as chiropractors are concerned they are licensed medical professionals, definitely not fake, and basically just back specialists. I myself have been treated by a chiropractor before and so have several members of my family so I think I can vouch for them safely. :p

You also mentioned that you're worried about the cost and unfortunately it can definitely be expensive so you'll have to decide if it's something you can afford. There might be something your GP can talk to you about seeing someone on the NHS or for reduced price if you spoke to them about it. I can't say for sure in your area but I know there are many doctors surgeries that have physical therapists or other specialists that are covered by the NHS.

I hope you find something that helps soon and let me know if you have any other questions!

    thank you riley and kathleen
i had xrays on shoulders, back, and hips
but it seemed silly because the pain always feels likemuslcles
i didn't break any bones lol
next time i see a gp i will ask
you are right it is silly to just assume it will not be on nhs
    asking is always helpful!

thank you for your help on the matter
