Angry with people not hearing me

I have so had enough of people not hearing what I say when I use my normal tone of voice. It's so offensive when they say my normal tone is too quiet and unclear, what so im expected to raise my voice every time in a normal conversation and in a suitable distance as well? It's them who either aren't listening or no offence back need to wash out their ears. I'm not having to strain my vocal chords every time!!
