Post anything thats has any motivational message in it. Whether that be a picture you found,  quote, something you do when you lack motivation or a video. - motivation for anything - whether that be quite smoking, lose weight or get through the next hour or day. And can come here when need some motivation or stregnth for whatever reason. (Feel like we had thread similar but i just cant find it - so i think i imagined it?- sorry if we do)

I will start by saying when i was about probs 14 and was very suicidal i would type into youtube "motivation videos" and it would help me find some strength to just carry on for that bit longer - it did actually really help me -- until i watch them all too many times and the feelings when i first watched it - wore off lol. But i will share one i found this morning.

This is a really nice thread. Really nice video too, thank you for sharing :)

I recently watched this interview with Oprah Winfrey a few weeks ago and found it really inspiring. It's really interesting to hear about her career and how she got to where she is today.

Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤

    This thread

Thought I would share this video, it's quite inspirational, and just shows that you can do anything you put your mind too, no matter what your ability.
" And everywhere I am, there you'll be, your love made me make it through, oh I owe so much to you "
" So I say thank you for the music, the songs I'm singing, thanks for all the joy they're bringing, who can live without it, I ask in all honestly what would life be? Without a song or a dance, what are we? So I say thank you for the music, for giving it to me "
    '' It's a beautiful day and I can't stop myself from smiling "

There's this speech by Admiral McRaven (which is an amazing name) he did at a uni in america that's got millions of view on youtube, basically saying how life isn't fair, so just deal with it, respect everyone and take risks and you'll do well. It's very long so here's a shorter but important bit of it:

"If you make your bed every morning you will have accomplished the first task of the day. It will give you a small sense of pride, and it will encourage you to do another task and another and another. By the end of the day, that one task completed will have turned into many tasks completed. Making your bed will also reinforce the fact that little things in life matter. If you can't do the little things right, you will never do the big things right.

And, if by chance you have a miserable day, you will come home to a bed that is made — that you made — and a made bed gives you encouragement that tomorrow will be better."
