Welcome to the Bug reports forum!

This is the place to discuss any issues with logins, the services on the main website, and anything else to do with getting The Mix to work. Here are a few things to bear in mind when posting here:

This forum isn't for support
It's caused some confusion before - this is a space to raise problems and suggestions with the website, not personal things you want support for. Check out the forums under 'Support Topics' if that's what you're after.

Feel free to make suggestions
From time to time, we do change things about The Mix based on suggestions from the community. Previously, this has included new boards spaces, styling changes, and added functionality. If your idea is popular, we'll see if it's feasible.

More information is usually better
If you're having a tech problem or running into bugs, we'll need to know what device and browser you're using (e.g. iPhone and Chrome). This helps us reproduce the problem so we can find a way to fix it. If you're using any apps or extensions you think could affect things (e.g. tracking blockers like Disconnect can sometimes cause things to break), that's helpful for us to know as well.
