Being honest.

Hi,

I'm struggling a lot with my mental health right now. I feel like I'm getting no support every time I try to reach out.
My depression and anxiety are taking over to the point I don't want to get out of bed. I feel worthless, pointless and question why I even bother trying.

I've let so many people down and failed so much in life, I've lost so many friends because of this. Right now, I have nobody. I feel like I'm fighting alone and I can't anymore. There's nobody to give me a helping hand, nobody to hold me when I need it, nobody to just talk to.

I'm going so far backwards. I won't eat, I sleep all the time. I feel at a lose with myself.
I just want support but nobody cares enough. It all just gets taken away.

    First of all I'm really sorry to hear you're struggling.

    You said when you reach out you don't get anything back in terms of support. 

    I was wondering how you've tried to reach out so far?  Have you talked to a family member? Your GP?  Or online service like Kooth? 

    Sorry to hear you feel at a loss but people do care and everyone in this community does. Have you tried going to your GP? And seeing if there's any help they can give?

    There's also support chat that will be running tomorrow and circle that runs every Tuesday if you want more detailed support.

    Im sorry youre feeling like this. Who are you trying to seek support to? Everyones deserving of support and i know you said it makes you feel youre fighting alone but i hope maybe we can help if wanna tell us more about things like how youve let people down and that may ease some of the darkness somewhat. It helps me anyway and when realise a lot of people are also feeling similar and makes me feel that lil less lonely. And we all care.
