    Im so sorry youre in so much pain atm:(:(
    do you get any support offline?

    Always can be helpful to speak to someone you trust.

    Maybe at some point you can get your friendship back or tell her how youre feeling about it or will find new friends?
    Youre not alone with how youre feeling either, i feel im getting no where cause im depressed but there people out there who want to help.

    I hope youre managing to take some time away from the stress, by taking lots of care of youre self, do things you enjoy & lots of self care things. Maybe try breathing exercises, theres some mindfulness stuff, but i find this simple breathing thing so helpful ;

    You seem in a lot of distress and it saddens me, i care, and we will all listen, i just wish could help more but hope tiny bit helpful <3
    “And when they look at you, they won't see everything you've been through. They won't see the **** that turned to scars that began to fade with time. They won't see the heartbreaking things that shook up and changed your entire world. They won't know how many tears you cried or even what it was you were crying about. They won't see how strong you had to be because you had no other choice. What they will see though is how compassionate you are because you experienced pain. What they will see is how kind you are because you experienced how cruel the world is. What they will see is how good you are because you've seen how bad things or people can be. The difference between you and your experiences are who you choose to be, despite everything that could have turned you cold and unkind.You are the good the world needs and the best of us.” ~ Kirsten Corley

    Hi @ barbaraxx,

    I'm really sorry to hear you're going through such a tough time at the moment, especially if you don't have very much support around you. I suffer from anxiety too, and go through times when it gets really bad, so I know how overwhelming it can make everything feel! The main thing to remember is that it will get better.

    I think probably the things that tend to help me the most are exercise (also because it helps with the sleep) and socialising, even if I don't feel like seeing anyone. Also taking some deep breaths when everything gets too much always helps me to feel a bit more calm.

    If things have been bad for a while, or aren't getting better though, you could always try talking to your GP, they might be able to prescribe you with some anti-anxiety medication.
