Married a mum of 4 also a stepson and a grandson and a granddaughter due in December looming for some advice

    I have been suffering for the last approximately 7 weeks I can't eat sleep feel anything can't go out alone I spend most days lying on the sofa shaking I've collapsed twice as I'm wasting away I've begged the mental health crisis team to take me in as I get suicidal thought but they won't I feel hopless

    Welcome to the Mix.

    Have you tried talking to your GP about what you are going though, they might be able to contact a mental heath service and encourage them to help you. Feel free to make a post with more details whenever you feel up to it. We are here to support you. :)
