Driving test soon what products would people recommend for a driving test thinking about getting some lavender oil to put on before test or some sort of tablet tried the sweets and spray and wasn't to keen want something more effective that will work.

Buy some Kalms which can be bought over-the counter in Boots or supermarket pharmacies. Kalms contain soothing Valarian, but ask advice of said pharmacist.

Kalms are great take one before you leave,  I have a rock bracelet too with little holes that you can put lavender oil in, and rescue remedy also works you spray it on your tongue, CBD+ oil is also great

Be careful with Valerian as to much can make you feel drowsy, just a little should be fine though Perhaps you should ask your driving inspector if you could have five minutes to take some deep breaths before starting the test. This should help you feel relaxed before you start.

Many places you can find some on amazon volcanic bracelets have little holes for infusion oils I got a special made one with a dog paw off of a website but there's loads on amazon, eBay,  and Etsy

There are also bracelets for stress and anxiety.
