Last weekend a so-called friend was rude to me the second time and made me cry. In her letters she was downright abrasive; I don't take kindly to being talked down to, which I resent. For all the help I gave including my adorable little sister's natterings, the tone of reply came across as deliberately spiteful. I was left feeling empty and bereft.
Occasionally we encounter people who seemingly are pleasant on the outside, only to realise abeit too late that they are self-centred and out to hurt if it benefits their bloody self righteousness to do so. Tell them you dislike their attitude and they squeal like a pig.
Well, that's another one gone.
