Hey everyone,
We've received a lot of feedback about support chat last night (Sunday) - thanks to everyone who shared their thoughts.
After looking at what happened, your feedback and gathering the perspectives of the mod team, we can see that some things were said were upsetting to a number of people.
Chat should be a place free from judgement where we all promote greater understanding. We wanted to apologise that it didn't feel that way for many of you last night. We're taking steps to make sure it doesn't happen again :yes:
