Hate Fathers Day
Hey. So as you know I'm adopted and I hate fathers day. is it normal to feel like this?

It is completely normal for you to not like fathers day. Some people just don't have a good relationship with their father, or they don't have a father figure in their lives at all, so that day can be particularly hard for them. If this is the case for you, you don't need to feel bad about not enjoying the day. The Mix has this great article about coping with Mother's/Father's day, and there is a section for people who are adopted. Hope this is helpful!
