I'm so sorry for your losses, it sounds like things are really difficult right now, especially losing people you care about in a short space of time. Losing someone we care about is never easy to go through, but you're taking a great step in reaching out and talking about how you're feeling.
Life can be unpredictable sometimes, and it's hard that we can't predict what's going to happen. You've lost a lot of people close to you so it's understandable that you've developed a fear of loss. We all cope in different ways and these feelings can get better, what can help some people reduce this fear is to spend more time with the people we care about and check in with them each day to help reassure you everything's okay. Do you feel this might help with this panic and worry you're experiencing? Are there certain people you're worried about loosing?
You've mentioned that you're not sure about who to approach about these feelings you're experiencing. Samaritans are a great organisation that can talk to you about anything you're going through. Do you feel you can reach out to them?
Sometimes this feeling of loss can seem endless, but it will take time to reduce this this fear and that's okay. Keep posting here whenever you like to,we're all here to help you through this.

Really sorry for your loss! It seems like you're going through a tough time at the moment and it's perfectly normal to feel the way that you are! Regardless, it doesn't mean that you shouldn't ask for or get help to try to limit these thoughts and feelings! Have you tried maybe speaking to a close relative or friends to help you? Often when people know what you're going through they do have reassuring words! As cliche as it may sound, time does often help and although it is very hard at times, keeping occupied and looking after yourself can help you feel better (even if only a little bit!). Do you know why it impacts you when when you're having a phone call or texting and facebook etc? Perhaps a break from social media could help clear your mind?
Speak soon and hope you have a better day today
