Why only is there only 13 people allowed

So I've just tried to go on tonight's chat but I couldn't get in because it was full. How come there is only 13 people allowed in WOC
But 20 people allowed in MOC?

    It's due to there being only one mod available tonight for Women only chat and it always gets such a high demand of users that it's simply not possible for one mod to control it all, therefore they cap it at 13 to make it more managable and more able for people to get support
