half the time when i click on posts the box to reply to them doesnt appear, then a while later i could go on them and suddenly its there and i can reply??? Also i couldnt even make this earlier today as the create new topic button wasnt showig up but now it is...... its very weird and i dont know if its just me? help please

Sometimes this happens to me when i'm not logged in (for example: when I open a new page to read a thread and in that page, I don't get automatically logged in, and don't realise it). I don't know if that is what is happening to you, but it's worth double checking to make sure you're logged in when you can't see the box to reply!
If that doesn't work, maybe someone else has experienced this and can help you out!?
