I've been trying to make sense and what seems to feel a fab answer now probably won't when I wake up and login.

You know where you tap your head in circles one way and tap your tummy the other way, surely you have all tried it but then it's just confusing well that is like my mind, confused. You usually do the tapping on the head and tummy for a minute or so and get confused and muddled up but that's been happening all my life. On a repeat cycle.

I'm going to put this to my care co-ordinator when I see her next.

I remember you said you got your first counselling season on Thursday. Prehaps you could bring it up in that session?

There is a phone number you can call and a1-2-1 chat on there were you can talk to a trained member of staff who can help give you information and listen to you.
There is a lot of information on there too.

They helped me make sense of what happened and gave me an awnser to something I didn't understand for a long time.

I have got my first counselling session on Thursday. Everything isn't going to come out on the 1st session though.

I do know RAINN I connect with them a lot but some of the women support specialists are so much nicer than others! I suppose you'll get that everywhere but a couple of women support specialists on RAINN I have felt more special with.

The phone number is a USA phone number but there's Rape Crisis who have a phone line and also your local rape and sexual violence centre who will have.

Ps I'm going to send you a pm in a minute look out for it.

Hi no you are right it won't all come out in one session and remember you only have to say what you want to. Sometimes I went to my counsellor (at college) and hardly said anything.

I never knew it was a USA number, but to. E honest I never phoned them

I'm really excited to get started and stuck in and pick things out and explore things in counselling but nervous too! it will be weekly so every Thursday at 11am and I can receive up to 24 counselling sessions. So 24 weeks don't know what month that would lead us in to.

Yeah it is A USA number. I am actually talking to RAINN now on the online hotline right now.Ophelia is that a male or female? Its a nice name! They all have nice names actually! Ive talked to a Marian before and she was really really lovely THE BEST she said to me evan after the chat I don't just disappear and she will remember everything I told her..which I thought that was lovely to say! so I screenshoted it! hehe AND also I said that I wish I just had a hand to hold and she said rest assurned mine is here to hold. Im here with you, your the only person I am thinking about or talking to right now. Awww that's so nice, it brings a tear to my eye now. Im glad I have them screenshoted in my phone gallery to look back at them.

I'm glad to hear you're excited to get stuck in and tey new things out. I will always remember the rushion dolls. She would line them up and I pick the one that symbolised how I was feeling. Then we discussed it. The biggest being the best feeling then decreasing as the size of the dolls got smaller. 24 week would be somewhere in July I think.

Ophelia is a really lovely name don't think I've heard it before but I really like it.
It's nice to have messages that bring a smile to our face.

For me it was when I was 16 and I was at my lowest point and was thinking about a way out of life. My cousin who was 4 at the time came upto me and climbed on my knee. She snuggled into me and this was our convocation
Her: "Emma, can I still see you when I'm older"

Me: "of course you can"

Her "what about when when I'm 90"

Me: (laughs) "of course you can. You can see me forever and ever"

Her: "that's good because I love you and would miss you if I didn't see you again"


I actually had to hide my tears. That little girl said something I needed hear. Even now when things get tough I always remember what she said and it reminds me that she loves me and needs me.

Ophelia is a really lovely name. I ended the chat with her a couple of minutes ago and it feels horrible it feels like I have just let go of her hand

Yeah I found it quite useful and I think you lr worry doll will work the same . It can be helpful to take something conforting with you if you are nervous. I used to play with my thumbs alot and didn't even know it. But in a way it was quite comforting.

I have a pebble I carry with me that says on the back believe in yourself and my name I'm sure I will be fiddling with that when I am in my session on Thursday xxx
