I hit my head really really hard on the roof of the car door yesterday (29th) and i was throwing up lots in the night, felt dizzy and barely slept due to a awful headache, it felt like someone had a hammer and was hammering at my head. I had the doctors this morning because i had a medication review for my anti depressants so i mentioned it to my doctor and he said that i have concussion.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this before, how long is it normal for symptoms to persist?
