Hi

I'm talking about old scars that have healed but are REALLY itchy. I'm just wondering if anyone knows of anything I can put on the scars to stop the itchiness?

Hey (again ;) ) - I'm by no means an expert on this, but I do know there are scar creams/lotions out there you can put on old scars. I think some have the added bonus of helping them fade as well, if that's something you're concerned about. The NSH recommend E45 cream, but I found a few more with just a quick Google. I'm not sure how reputable the companies are so I'm hesitant to recommend any, but it might be worth a look.

Just like any area of skin, it might also just be caused by dryness - something any moisturiser can help remedy. :)

Not sure how helpful that is, but I imagine some others here may have some tips!

Palmers cocoa butter or bio oil are both great for scarring. Whilst they won't make the scars go away, they can help reduce the redness.

This is true, I have used cocoa butter before on my scars and it's really good. And does help a lot, hopefully it helps you  :thumb:
