Terrifying Experience at Work

Hi. On Friday when i was at work a member of staff fainted in front of me and i didn't know what to do because i was the only one that experience it and at the time i blamed it on me because she told me before we started work that she felt ill and dizzy and that she was overtired and overworked and i felt after it happened i should have told someone what she was feeling like but it wasn't down to me. The person ended up knocking her head when she fainted and then she was out of it for a few minutes and she ended off going off in an ambulance. She messaged me in the evening on Friday to say that she had sprained her neck. After it happened i was so shaken up and my supervisor was really understanding and its still on my mind.
Is it bad that every time i pass the place where it happened at work i get flashbacks of what happened on Friday? I felt dizzy yesterday at work and the manager was concerned that what happened to the other girl would happen to me.

Sorry to hear about what happened at work.
You can't blame what happened on yourself. I hope your colleague is okay.
You're bound to feel something after experiencing what happened and this is your own mind's way of dealing with yours. Perhaps your mind is overpowered by the thought that you had blamed it on yourself.
If you carry on feeling dizzy I would definitely tell your manager or the nearest person to authority who is in on that day. Ask if you could outside for a couple minutes of fresh air, drink plenty and make sure your eating to keep your energy levels up.
I hope it all improves.
Feel free to comment again if you still need to talk.
