1-2-1 not working. desperate

Hi.
So i just tried to use the 1-2-1 chat, its 7:16pm and it came up saying "sorry, we are not available at the moment. Webchat is normally open between 11am and 11pm everyday".
Why is it not working? I need to chat desperately

I thought I'd respond to this out of hours as it just caught my eye and I can tell you're really in need of somewhere to talk. I believe the helpline dept is currently closed because of staff sickness; a capacity issue, unfortunately. Alternatively, you could try I'm Alive, a crisis support service who also offer webchat (and they're online now - just click the big blue button).
