What are your plans for this week? We wouldn’t want you to spend a week in isolation, so this week, why not think of something you can do with other people, something that brings you and others together

    Today - College, came home early because just ended up sat in the toilets crying, now home and going to watch a film
    Tuesday - College then just relaxing
    Wednesday - College then just relaxing
    Thursday - College then just relaxing
    Friday - College then just relaxing, feel happy because weekend tomorrow
    Saturday - food shopping with my mum then relaxing
    Sunday - Holiday clothes shopping with my family and have a meal out

    We don't want you crying at college. Hopefully you will feel better on Tuesday and Wednesday. Why the toilets?

    Monday - played minecraft, also went shopping to try and find some wellies for the wet weather
    Tuesday and Wednesday - Work
    Thursday - hair cut and no plans
    Friday - friend is coming up to celebrate my birthday
    Saturday - Birthday! :D Going cinema with my best friend, then going for a meal
    Sunday - No plans

    Monday- was quite a low day, but took a trip to the art gallery.
    Tuesday- To be proactive, I'm going to go to another museum (also free of course, as I am a student!)
    Wednesday- day out with friends
    Thursday- maybe volunteering, may have to stay home for mums delivery though :/
    Friday- if I stayed in on Thursday, I will probably ask to do my volunteering on Friday instead.
    Saturday- autism meet up group
    Sunday- who knows!

    I'm struggling with my mood especially this week, but got advised to pretend I'm a tourist where I live- which is what I'm doing!!
