Amy and Jo will be opening up the Womens Only Chat Room tonight from 8pm.
These sessions take place every two weeks and are a chance to chat in an all female environment
We'll kick of with a discussion topic to get us all started and then there will be time for you to ask the group for support if you need it. Those of you that like listening and helping others are also really encouraged to come along and help out, these chats work best when we have a good balance!
Towards the end we'll do something fun to unwind :yes:
