Hey, lala. :wave: Welcome to the boards.

There are a fair few members, here, struggling with self-harm. Feel free to post in our Health & Wellbeing forum about it, though we do have some guidelines on posting about self-harm which might be good to have a read of, first.

All behaviour is a need trying to be met.

Nice to meet you and Welcome to The Mix-We're all getting used to the new name and make over hehe!

I am one of those dealing with self harm as well, in many ways, and am here for you. We all are. Posting in the Health and Well being board about this will help you to gain more specific help, advice and support but it is worth taking a look at the guidelines first and foremost.
