Getting over wife's ex boyfriend

I need advice on how to get over the fact I saw my wife's ex boyfriend in the showers at my gym. To add to that, he was very well endowed and it threw me for a loop. I never had an issue because I was always considered large and had confidence, but this guy was much more than anything. Self confidence tanked.
