Hi, I'm new. I'm a 50 y.o. mother of two (7 and 13). I also drink too much. At least more than I think I should. I've been working with a therapist and hope to make progress on this. But it's hard. Alcohol is refuse. I want to give it up. But I don't know if I can. I am hoping to find others who have escaped this addiction. Who might provide me some idea of who to get out.

It is worth knowing that the boards are for 16-25 year olds - an alternative option for you might be Elefriends, which is a similar online community for people over 18 years
