I'll be looking after support chat this evening, we'll be open from 8pm to provide a supportive space for anyone here that needs it today.

We'll start with an opening round where I'll ask a question to the group to get us all warmed up.
Then, it's over to you to listen and support each other.
About ten minutues before the end we'll do a closing round to unwind.
