Feeling glum

Hi I'm feeling really glum atm see my post messed up situation.... Anyway his gf doesn't believe we slept together even thou I described what was in his flat :( I know he is a twat but feel jealous of her even thou he isn't exactly a catch!

    Go see a therapist and start to understand what is going wrong in your life that you feel the need to hang around those grimy, bottom of the barrel deadbeats. I assume it has something to do that you try to help them. You need someone to nurture in your life so you seek out those desolate individuals. Once you remove those stress factors from your life you probably will begin to feel better about yourself.
