    Can I ask if chat only works on mobile devices? When Im on my laptop and look at the chat page, it tells me everything about mobile devices but doesnt say anything about non mobile devices.

    If you head over to this page, under General chat, or Support chat you will see the 'Join the chat' button. This button only appears when the live chat is open - so you can click join between 8 - 9.30pm.
