Support chat is a place where we encourage a judgement-free zone for you to get advice and give advice within a group. Sometimes talking to other people who have been through something similar can really help or it can just be a friendly place to let off some steam. Moderators are on hand to oversee things and help out.
We start with a quick opening round which is a question from the mod, something simple to get everyone joining in and chatting together, then we have over an hour for you to support one another and then we'll do a closing round at the end to help everyone unwind.
General chat is a place for general banter, chat about your hobbies or interests, what you got up to at the weekend or just get to know other members. It's all about having some positive distraction and some fun.
