What is depression really like?

Just spotted this video on twitter, it was made with the BFI and features young people talking about their depression, can you relate?

Maybe you have an answer to some of the questions they ask..

How does it affect your life?

Have you spoken to anyone about it?

What is therapy like?

What's your advice for other young people?

Would be cool to hear your stories... I like the description of therapy as a bag of tangled wires.. over time you can unravel them :chin:

I've found it to be different each time, if that makes sense. I know that when I had my last serious episode, (2010) I had a week where I remembered virtually nothing. Apart from receiving a lecture over my behaviour.
