I have found out by my landlord that my names still on my old flat so I am over the moon my landlord said I can move back in YES but there someone living there that my other half move in as he was my x other half at the time now I need to know where I said with it can I get her out so I can move back in I really hope I can as cant stay at my mums no longer so the soon the better in my eyes if anyone could help that be great thank you

I see you posted this sometime ago. Has the situation got any better or are you still not able to move in?
Perhaps you can call Shelter on 0808 800 4444 who should be able to advise you on the law.
