Why did thesite stop working with other community services such as citizens advice bureau, brook etc on both the boards and ask a question.

Good question
There are a few answers, but most of them come down to the cost of those partnerships versus the number of people using them. As with a lot of things these days, it was largely down to economics and making sure we were in the best position to keep everything else running.
