Ignore list?

If I go into my settings, it says I have some people on my ignore list. But why am I still seeing their posts? Before the changes, it show in threads something like <user> it wouldn't show me their post and would give me the option of viewing their posts. But now it's showing their posts. I went into my settings just in case something had changed. (ie, ignore list had been wiped) But it hadn't.
