Hi all,
I've recently started a new job and part of the role includes processing the payroll (which I have no experience in!!) I have new member of staff who will be working 17 hours a week over three weekdays and then the following week 22 hours per week (three weekdays and 5 hours on a Saturday) The following week she will revert back to 17hrs and then back to 22 hours etc on a permanent basis. Any thoughts on how to i would work out her salary?
Many thanks for anyone's help.

Personally, I'd add up the hours they do over a fortnight and divide by 2; which will give you average hours per week. Then use average hours per week to do the salary.
