Support Chat (Wed 15th) 8-9.30pm

Chat is on tonight from 8pm for you to talk and support each other with whatever is on your mind.
There was a bit of confusion last night about what's okay and what's not when talking about eating troubles so I thought it would be helpful to clear it up so we can all chat safely.
It's best to avoid talking about specifics - weights, calories, diets or exactly what you have eaten or not eaten during the day. It can lead to others comparing themselves and act as a trigger for difficult feelings like guilt.
The best approach is to focus on talking about how you feel and what's going on in your life. We can also help with links to support sites, talking through support options or articles that may help
For a full reminder of all the guidelines you can go here:http://www.thesite.org/chat/chat-guidelines
So, click on the link below at 8pm and you'll see the Join button is working again now!
We'll be starting with an opening round and I'm hoping to also be joined by mod-in-training Tabs. He's one of our newest mods enjoying his volunteering on TheSite.
